Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Tags must remain attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
